Home Condition Report
This report, is prepared by a Home Inspector, only, and is derived from an objective, non-invasive inspection of the accessible parts of the property; recording the findings, using a score system of 1:(acceptable: no attention required); to 3:(needs immediate attention), reflecting the extent of any maintenance/repairs required.
This report may help to sell a property, depending on what is revieled by the inspection, it also contains an Energy Performance Certificate.
