Energy Performance Certificate
This is calculated, by either a Domistic Energy Advisor or a Home Inspector, only, following a non-invasive inspection of a property and it records the property’s energy efficiency. It uses the same A to G ratings as those used for domestic appliances, and will offer suggestions on improvements that could be made to reduce fuel costs and their related carbon emissions.
