Download the appropriate PIQ: (General version?) or (New Homes version?), for it's completion; filing and editing.
When complete; the PIQ can be archived.
Firstly create an Account: "Register Now" > "A User/Seller" then;
From the Home Page:
"Gain Access to Services" > "Login" Gives access to: Control Panel
From Control Panel: Select: "PIQ(s)" - - -

The Property Misdescriptions Act 1991 will not apply when a PIQ is completed solely by the Seller.
