Home Information Packs
A Home Information Pack is an assembly of important documents, relating to that property.
Previously, all of these documents (excluding the EPC & HCR) were sourced and paid for, by the Purchaser.
This procedure was prone to be lengthy and was thwarted with potential "pit falls", and in some instances, it would result in the Purchaser withdrawing from a transaction.
This was not only frustrating and time waisting, but would incur unnecessary costs for both parties.
