Register an Agency/Entry in Regional Directory OR get more Information on a HIPSIS Ltd Agency
Integrate these tools into an existing website, either fully bespoke, or as an affilliate to an existing Agency
1: HIP with EPC + Optional Elements View Detail & Prices
The absolute minimum, compulsory “Required” document content, for every property that requires a HIP. Offering the choice to include additional (“Authorised”), documents that might, (or might not) help in the sale of the property.
2: HIP with a HCR + Optional Elements View Detail & Prices
Comprises the same “required” element content as Option 1, but replaces the EPC, with a HCR, which has an integral EPC
3: Update/Upload Element(s) for any HIP (Unique to HIPSIS) View Detail & Prices
Renew and or Update Element(s) for any HIP
4: Other Conveyancing Services View Detail & Prices
Not all property transactions will require a HIP, but many, if not all, will require Searches & other Reports to aid the Buying/Selling process.
