This website is owned and managed by HIPSIS and it is assumed that as a user of the HIPSIS website you have accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and by use of the website you agree to be bound by the terms contained therein.
HIPSIS reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, but will not alter these materially in such a way as to be detrimental or less-protective of information about you that may have been collected in the past, without first obtaining your consent.
Access
There are various levels of access available to users;
- Unregistered – users can print from, access and search the HIPSIS website without charge provided they agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions of this statement. Material that is included within the free areas will be clearly declared.
- Registered – to purchase any products provided on this site, and receive a higher level of support, users must first register with the HIPSIS website.
Use of Customer Information
HIPSIS may from time to time use automatically retrieved information from anonymous sources to update the content and/or operation of the website. In addition, HIPSIS may from time to time use personal information submitted by the user at any location in its web site. Please see the privacy statement for more information.
HIPSIS may use technology to aid the processing of your order and/or track the browsing patterns of our site visitors, which can include "cookies" which would be temporarily stored on your computer during the order process. Information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your Internet browser settings, which you can do if you wish to disable these and prevent this from happening. You should be aware however, that if you do so, then this may prevent you from ordering products from HIPSIS online. Limitation of Liability
HIPSIS, its partners or affiliates or any party involved in creating, producing or delivering this service, or on any website linked to this service, shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, special or punitive damages arising out of your access, use or inability to use this service, or any site linked to this service, or in connection with any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus or line or system failure.
HIPSIS shall also not be liable for any damages or losses, arising in contract, tort or otherwise; including lost profits, loss of business, or data; business interruption, damages and/or other consequential losses that result from your use of or inability to use the service, and/or from any action taken by you as a direct result of using material provided on the HIPSIS website. This includes sites accessed through links from the HIPSIS website.
Agencies will be awarded and maintained on the understanding that:
HIPSIS terms & conditions are adhered to, at all times and:
HIPSIS Agencies & their Suppliers possess adequate Professional Indemnity insurance cover.
HIPSIS Agencies & their Suppliers subscribe to, and uphold PCCB principles.
HIPSIS shall not be commercially liable for an Agency operating under an agreement with HIPSIS.
A HIPSIS Agency will not operate in a manner, which may be deemed to be to the detriment of HIPSIS or another HIPSIS Agency.
HIPSIS may, at any time (temporarily/permanently), suspend an agreement, without recourse from that Agency.
HIPSIS undertakes to not knowingly accept an application for an Agency that by its appointment may be detrimental to another Agency.
HIPSIS will re-direct all business/enquiries, to the Agent who is geographically closest to the source of that business/enquiry.
HIPSIS is entitled to decline an application for an Agency, upon the return of the total registration fee.
Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the Laws of England and any arising disputes resulting from the use of the HIPSIS website shall be dealt with in the English Courts.
