Requirements within the Law
Within the law, the Seller, or their Agent, are obliged, to have the *Required (compulsary) elements of the Home Information Pack available on the first day of marketing the property.
In some extenuating circumstances, this requirement may be flexible, however irrefutable evidence, as to the cause(s) can be demanded by a Trading Standards Officer, from the Local Authority at any time.
