This website has been designed to be easy to use: If you can send an email (with an attachment), then that is the sum total of P.C. literacy required to use this website. A "Scan" facility would be invaluable, to convert any "Hard Documents" and it would also be easier (and of couse it's FREE), if you first register as a User.

All archived HIP,s can be recalled from the Home Page:(using the address), "SEARCH THE HIP ARCHIVE", by anyone, anytime, for viewing or printing, all of which is Free and requires no login.
