Regional Directory.
Listings in the Regional Directory, are invited from Search Companies; DEA's and HI's; whether or not an application to register an Agency is being submitted. The registration form gives applicants, the choice to be excluded from the Directory, otherwise Agency registrations received from Search Companies; DEA's and HI's will be included. Use of the Directory will be restricted to HIPSIS Agencies and editing of entries will be made by HIPSIS, on application.
Why have a Regional Directory and what are it's Uses?
Not all Agents, will be able to personally provide all of the elements in a HIP, primarily, because they fall outside their professional scope, or geographic area of operations. Use the Regional Directory to find Suppliers for those elements. Prices have not been included, as they may vary. Entries in the Directory, are published on the understanding that those listed are prepared to offer their services within the HIPSIS network. It is left to the individual to negotiate prices and establish their own working relationships.
The following is for guidance only (and can vary, as Agents attain additional qualifications, or when providing for DIY), but would be better understood if read whilst referencing a sample HIP (Index, page 2 of 18).
Elements: 2; 4; 5; 10 should be derived by the Agent, in conjunction with the Seller.
Elements: 1;7;8;9 may also be derived by the Agent, if they hold an account with the appropriate Supplier(s).
Elements: 1;6;7;8;9. can be supplied by: Search Companies.
Element: 3a can only be supplied by a DEA or a HI.
Element: 3b can only be supplied by a HI.
